I have a very odd problem.

I have one user that sometimes gets the mail outline (the side panel with Inbox, Drafts, Sent, etc) embedded into his replies and forwards. It's a usable tree structure just like the regular side panel right there in the body of his email.

Any suggestions on what could be causing it? Or heck, even what to search on Google?
